had an incredible stay this summer in hanmer springs! the room was spacious, and the comfortable double bed made me feel right at home. the breakfast buffet was delicious and a perfect way to start the day.

the tv volume wasn’t working properly.

toilet issue

room change

the whole experience was a travesty, really. the toilet wasn’t even flushed when I walked in, and I had to change rooms for an air conditioning debacle. Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but since I didn't receive a complimentary gesture for all my troubles, I just couldn’t. Who runs a hotel like this?

I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Studio, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essential facilities provided. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was fantastic, offering excellent meals that provided good value for money.

huge room, very nice and comfy. the staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome right away. laundry facilities were a plus and the restaurant on site had some good food. location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. the cold buffet breakfast was better than we expected!

the shower pressure was kinda weak and the tv channels were limited. also, the water temp kept fluctuating.

Great family stay with awesome views!

We had a blast! The rooms were super spacious and cozy, perfect for all of us. The fresh summer air was just lovely, and breakfast options were endless — my kids loved it! The staff were super chill and friendly, really made us feel welcome. Only bummer was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, could've used a bit more strength.
